Only in Los Angeles, CA…

…would they attempt to paint the city streets white.

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, who may make a run for president in 2020, has used the project as part of an overall plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the city by 45 percent below 1990 levels by 2025.

“Climate change is a fact of life that people in Los Angeles and cities around the world live with every day. It is a grave threat to our health, our environment, and our economy — and it is not debatable or negotiable,” he said in a statement last year after President Trump said he would walk away from the Paris Climate Agreement.

You can’t make this stuff up, as the Socialist Mayor is being taken for a ride and using taxpayer dollars to fund this useless, unmaintainable stupidity at a rate of $40,000.00 or more per mile.  Los Angeles will be overrun by illegal aliens and bankrupt long before 2025.  However, this looney-lefty has to make a name for himself somehow, right?

I’ve got news for this lunatic.  This ‘Climate Change” / “Global Warming” thing is VERY MUCH in dispute.

”Climate Change” is simply being disguised as the new ‘Communist Agenda” for the United States.  Mayor Eric Garcetti is just one more useful idiot and political pawn among many.

Massachusetts ban on assault weapons doesn’t violate 2nd Amendment, judge rules

Let’s review this assault on our Civil Rights protected by the Bill of Rights by the State of Massachusetts, shall we?

The Second Amendment reads:

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Yet, as noted by Foxnews:

A judge in Massachusetts on Friday ruled against a lawsuit that questioned the state’s ban on assault weapons and large-capacity magazines, declaring that the weapons were not protected by the Second Amendment.

Assault weapons are considered to be military firearms, U.S. District Judge William Young said in his ruling, therefore disqualifying them from being included in a citizen’s right to “bear arms.

Anyone with just a few brain-cells to rub together would recognize that it doesn’t matter what nickname the media given any firearm in an effort to create fear in our fellow citizens … the AR-15 is still by its very definition an ‘arm’ (firearm) whether once labeled by such a name for military service or not it is an ‘arm’ protected by the United States Constitution.

This was settled in 2008 by the United States Supreme Court in the District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570 (2008), in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that the Second Amendment protects an individual’s right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home.

Let alone the fact that AR-15 is not an Assault Rifle as it is not capable of fully automatic fire as defined by the BATFE.

The rulings from these Courts of Law in this country have an accuracy akin to the measuring the country itself with a standard 12″ ruler from coast to coast.

Yet there is still another case waiting to be heard, so we’ll see how this continues to play out….and no Justice Scalia would not “be proud” since incorrect precedence and prior rulings do not a ruling make.

This is what a disarmed country looks like.  This is how little is left when free men and women surrender their right to own a firearm.

One has to wonder how differently this all would be playing out if the law-abiding were allowed to arm themselves.  How different would the reports be if violent, opportunistic, amoral thugs were confronted with armed resistance from their intended victims?

It has been said that, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”  In this case, good men and women have been stripped of their ability to do something, and evil has certainly triumphed.

Only in NY City (Brooklyn) where honest, taxpaying citizens wanting a firearm permit to protect themselves from people like this, requires a lawyer, a lawsuit, and thousands of your own dollars – could come a story like this.

It’s human beings like this who indiscriminately murder innocent people that get housed, feed, and protected by our weak and convoluted legal system at the taxpayers expense.

It’s bad enough his victims families have suffered immeasurable loss, but having taxpayers keep this man alive at their expense is a fundamental insult to the human race.

While Christopher Thomas may be free to stalk the streets again, who’s going to hire him so he can support himself?  Nobody.  Then again, this is the alternative universe known as NY City, so perhaps the NY taxpayers will continue to be forced to pay his way as he transitions into a society rightly unwilling accept him or to forget.

About 80% of them are from Honduras. Many said they are fleeing poverty, but also political unrest and violence that followed the swearing in of Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández after a highly contested election last year.

What?  So they can bring their politics with them and create the same kind of political unrest and violence here to America by voting illegally in our elections after illegally breaking and entering into the United States?

Article 4 of the U.S. Constitution, which states:

While the rest of the world watches these people defile and defy the borders of other country’s, President Trump should take swift and Constitutionally correct action by deploying the National Guard to defend our border from this invasion.

It’s the United States Governments responsibility to protect it’s borders or we cease to be a ‘Country’ at all.  Since this horde of people are an invading force, that means protecting our borders by force.

If the United States Government violates the Constutition by in-action, then this is EXACTY what the Militia (ordinary citizens) and the 2nd Amendment in the Bill of Rights is for!!

If the US Government won’t act to save our sovereign soil then WE have a duty to do it ourselves.

I wish I had time to write some kind of fancy introduction to this blog, but time is of the essence.  I’ve been watching Tucker Carlson on Foxnews of late and have to say that he has become one of my favorites in telling it like it is.  It’s refreshing.

His recent series on the culture war against Men and Boys or those flailing against the so-called “Patriarchy” and the fact that Facebook has become toxic with respect to privacy has prompted the creation of this blog.

First up, this article contributed to by the Associated Press/AP (another toxic news source that often gets used by news sources without actually reading what’s been written) on Foxnews over this weekend.

Gun rights activists were handing out high-capacity magazines at a rally outside the Vermont State House on Saturday to protest new legislation that would ban them and increase gun control in the state.

Notice the term used?  Catch your attention?  Indeed, as it was intended to.

Protesters were handed nearly 1,200 high-capacity magazines, which hold 30 rounds of ammunition. A standard-capacity magazine holds around 10 rounds, according to Congressionalsportsmen.org, though this can vary.

Catch your attention again?  Indeed, again, as intended.

For anyone who actually clicked on the link provided to the Congressional Sportsmen site and read what was there would have found this exact quote:

A standard capacity magazine generally means any detachable ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds of ammunition.  -Congressional Sportsmen

For those who can’t read or write that means the very opposite of what the author (Paulina Dedaj) of this so-called article wanted it to mean.

The headline of this article is wrong and the basic premise of this article is false.  What was really going on in Vermont is that it’s citizens were being provided Standard-Capacity magazines.

So the lesson’s learned here are:

  1. Fact check each media story for yourself, do your own research, do your own thinking and finally draw a logical defendable conclusion.
  2. That for all the railing Foxnews does against publishing fake-news?  Well, they are guilty as well.
